Nagpurians Enjoy Great Musical Events at SCZCC with “Garbhreshami ” & “Majhe Jivan Gane ”
The South Central Zone Cultural Center commonly known as SCZCC has remained the hub for organising cultural events in Nagpur. It keeps on organizing various events that attract Nagpurians at various point of time. Now, as per the latest updates, the cultural center had two big musical events that were organised by the cultural body called Saraswati Natya Mandircalled the “Garbhreshami” and “Majhe Jivan Gane”. The said event was organised on 19th September 2019, at the Scientific House, Lakshmi Nagar, Nagpur.
The musical program commenced with the tradition of lightening of the lamp by Dr. Vishram Jamdar Director VNIT, Dr. Kalyani Deshmukh, Director of SCZCC along with Deepak Khirwadkar. It kicked off with the event called ‘Garbhreshami’, a Triveni Natya Avishkar, which was carried out seeking the help of the vintage Natya sangeet. Prabha Deoskar was the man who gave the creative shape to the program, while Acharya Arun Velankar was the man behind jotting down the lyrics.
The music was composed by Dr. Sanika Ruikar and the duo Prabha Deoskar and Dr. Anjali Parnandiwar were the ones who anchored the show. During the said musical programs, different songs were offered by Vad Jau Konala Sharan and Vishaka Mandge. It was a perfect musical evening for the Naguprians who enjoyed the show at the said event. With fancy and cool costumes the effective rendition seemed to have brought the scenes alive. The program got a good response with the audience jampacked at the venue.
