14 new coronavirus cases, 19 cured in 24 hours in Vidarbha
In district Nagpur, 7 out of 14 new cases of covid have been found in the Vidarbha region on Thursday and out of these, 4 were from the city and 3 were from the villagers.
Nagpur: The 11 districts of the Vidarbha region together registered 14 new cases of coronavirus on Thursday. At the same time, 19 patients of covid have recovered from this disease. But for the third time this week, the number of people recovering has been more than the number of new cases of covid.
In the last 24 hours, more than 10,000 tests have been done. This test positivity rate was only 0.13%. According to the new Omron-related guidelines issued by the Centre, restrictions should be imposed when the test positivity rate goes above around 10%.
The death rate of the Vidarbha region stands at 1.90% with no deaths due to coronavirus reported on Thursday.
In district Nagpur, 7 out of 14 new cases of covid have been found in the Vidarbha region on Thursday. And out of these, 3 were from the villagers, 4 were from the city. 10 patients have been cured in a day, out of which 4 were from the city, 1 from the rural, and 5 from other states. At present, 49 patients of covid are undergoing treatment in Nagpur. Out of which 41 are from Nagpur city only. A total of 3,702 tests have been conducted in Nagpur district on Thursday.
Chandrapur: The solitary detection against 2 recoveries in this district has brought the active figure to 6 on Thursday. The only patient of covid has been found in Chandrapur city itself. The day has also been free from casualties. The coronavirus caseload has now reached 88,880, while the total recovery amount in the district is 87,331. A total of 1,452 coronavirus tests have been conducted during the last 24 hours. Total tests in this district have reached 7,90,191 and out of these 6,98,677 tests have been found negative.
Wardha: 2 new covid patients have tested positive for covid out of 423 tests, Due to which the total cases have gone up to 49,441 on Thursday. 1 patient of covid has been discharged after recovery.
Amravati: Despite 910 tests in the district, no positive has been found on Thursday. Although no one was recovered, no one had died either.
Yavatmal: No death due to covid has been reported in this district during the last 24 hours. Due to which the death toll is at 1,788. At present, 13 active covid positive patients are under treatment. The administration has received reports of 1,126 investigations in the district. In which 1 person from the city has been found positive.
Akola: A total of 650 tests have been done in this district in the last 24 hours and the reports of all have been found negative. No recovery has been reported in Akola in 1 day. Even now 5 patients of covid are undergoing treatment.
Washim: Continuing its 0 coronavirus tag for one more day on Thursday, No new case has been reported in the district. All the 300 tests done in the last 24 hours have come back negative.
Buldhana: Out of 315 tests done in the last 24 hours, 2 tests have come positive. One of the covid patients under treatment has been cured. At present, 5 patients are undergoing treatment in this district.
Gondia: Another 0 day has been registered. A total of 41,239 cases have been found, 40,527 have been cured and only 3 patients of covid are undergoing treatment.
Gadchiroli: Out of 1,097 tests conducted in the last 24 hours in the district, 1 has tested positive in Gadchiroli. A total of 3 patients have been cured in 1 day. The total caseload has reached 30,838, In which 30,087 are correct and 747 deaths are included. Now 4 patients of covid are undergoing treatment.
Bhandara: All 345 tests conducted in this district in the last 24 hours have come as covid negative. Only one patient is being treated in this district.
