City Politician – Devendra Fadnavis Bats for Tanaji for making it tax-free in the state
The city politician Devendra Fadnavis who is also the opposition leader in his recent statement has asked to make the film Tanaji:The Unsung Warrior tax-free in the state. While talking about the same in the city, the former CM of the Maha State said that he has written a letter to Mr. Uddhav Thackeray the current Chief Minister of the state to ask to make Ajay Devgan and Saif Ali Khan starrer film tax-free in the state.
Talking about the same, he said Tanaji was a great warrior and we teach our kids in the state about his contribution in the army of Shivaji particularly his role in the Battle of Singhagad which the army fought in his leadership and gave victory to the regime of Shivaji Maharaj. He said in order to make the film popular among the masses of our state, it is important to make this film tax free in the state. He said his bravery should be introduced to our coming generation that has remained as an example for generations.
He said that Tanaji Malusare led his life with an example for others as the 17th Century military leader of Chhatrapati Shivaji who has remained the founder of the Maratha Empire. He said since our state has been the devotees of Shivaji, hence the film must reach to the masses of our state. By making the film tax free, more and more people in the interiors of our state would be able to watch it.
