Dilip Kumar’s brother passes away at 92 combating corona virus
Mumbai: The continuous hike in the positive cases of the global pandemic has taken the country’s tally to 3.85 million taking the lives of nearly 67,376 patients since its beginning.
This deadly virus does not spare anyone. Be it the common people or B-Town celebrities, almost every other person is falling prey to Covid-19.
Veteran Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar’s brother Ehsan Khan passed away in the early hours of Thursday combating coronavirus at the age of 92. He was admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati hospital.
The news was announced by Dilip Kumar’s family friend Faisal Farooqui on his twitter handle.”Dilip Saab’s youngest brother Ehsan Khan passed away a few hours ago. Earlier, the youngest brother, Aslam had passed away. We are from God and to Him we return. Pls pray for them,” tweeted Faisal on behalf of Dilip Kumar.

Ehsan Khan along with his brother Aslam Khan was taken to hospital on August 15 as they complained of breathlessness. They soon tested Covid-19 positive and were undergoing treatment for the same.
Aslam Khan had already succumbed to death on August 21.
Dr Jalil Parkar revealed, “He passed away around half an hour back. He was covid positive. He had heart disease, hypertension and Alzheimer’s disease.”
Dilip Kumar had isolated himself in April and said that he was being looked after by his wife Saira Banu.
“Dilip Sahab – @TheDilipKumar – is fine. He’s resting at home, locked down, under self-isolation, being looked after by his loving and devoted wife #SairaBanu Thank you everybody for the prayers and wishes,” retweeted the veteran actor.
