War Goes Unstoppable at the Box Office

The recently released film War starring Hritik Roshan and Tiger Shroff is going great guns as far as the box office collection. Released on 2nd October on the eve of a holiday, the film had a smashing start going beyond the half-century on day one. The film opened with 53.25 Crores on the first day which came close to the Aamir Khan’s film Thugs of Hindostan. The second and third day being working did witness the drop in footfall yet the collections on both the days went impressive.

As per reports, the film scored 23.25 Crores, while on the first Friday it scored 22.50 Crores, which is yet a decent film. These collections have reached 99 Crore at the box office. Just one crore to enter the 100 Crore Club. Needless to say that the film will enter the 100 Crore club on the fourth day with the collection reaching not less than 25 Crores. Sunday being the holiday would expect the collection of around 35 to 40 Crores on the box office.

With festive season Dusshera just on the edge, the film is likely to maintain its figure and at the end of the first week, War is expected to score not less than 200 Crores for sure. Let’s see how things would move, but at the moment the picture for the film War seems rosy in the city and other parts of the country. The film also did well in the overseas market scoring high in countries like the US, UK, Middle East, and New Zealand along with Australia and other parts of Asia.
