Responding to a felicitation organized by the Officers and Employees Union of Maharashtra State Forest Development Corporation of Maharashtra also under the chairmanship of Ajay Patil at the 3rd State Level Conference in the city, Forest Development Corporation of Maharashtra Managing Director N Vasudevan attributes this success to the very hard work of the employees. Vasudevan has said that despite the reduction of the Forest Development Corporation of Maharashtra as well as forest cover, he has completely changed the strategies. And has significantly increased its revenue by improving various processes in felling, harvesting, and transportation of trees. Their production was never more than about 42,000 cubic meters at all, but in the year 2021-22, it was about 63,000 cubic meters.

Vasudevan said that all the employees will get the maximum benefit of medical reimbursement and in the coming years also this process will be greatly simplified. Along with this, most of the demands of the union will also be fulfilled. Along with this, he appreciated the role of the employees union very much and said that, He could have done much better by forging a cordial relationship with the Sangh.
Patil has also said that the Forest Development Corporation of Maharashtra should also start the facility of mediclaim for all employees on the lines of the Police Department and also organize regular health check-up camps. And it should also significantly increase the strength of forest chiefs and forest guards, and implement time-bound promotions.
