Metro tracks from Sitabuldi to Prajapati Nagar Kicked off
The Maha Metro is back in the news as the dust for the elections now settled down in the city. Now, we see the officials of Metro has kicked off the Sitabuldi-Prajapati Nagar corridor is seen under the way. As per reports, 79 per cent of the work of four Viaduct is being completed, and the rail tracks are seen getting installed for the metro route that is between the locations – Sitabuldi to Prajapati Nagar, which comes to a stretch of total of 8.30 km of the metro road in Reach-4.
As per reports, more than nine metro stations are now being proposed between the said routes that would be installed between the Sitabuldi and Prajapati Nagar Metro Station. The stations have been even added with the titles including Cotton Market, Nagpur Railway Station, Agarsen Chowk, Dosar Vaishya Chowk, Chitar Oli, Ambedkar Chowk Vaishnodevi Chowk, Telephone exchange Chowk, and Prajapati Nagar.
One of the major stations in this route would be Central Avenue that would connect both the western and eastern parts of Nagpur, Besides, the Metro route, one can find the trading areas of Gandhibagh, Itwari and other markets would be covered, The transport remains the vital thing for the area and is certainly going to help in carrying the people to the metro stations at the said locations. The Central Avenue areas of Nagpur are likely to leverage the most when it comes to this line. This line would also connect the places in Mayo Hospital, Cotton Market, Itwari, Railway Station to name a few.
