Nagpur Railway Station gets ATMA facility For contactless entry for passengers
As the state is gearing up to relax the movement of the people around the public areas, we see them seeing challenges coming on their way. We see things slowly coming back to normal but the conditions seem to have applied to everything one has to do in their day to day life of people. Authorities are making things simple for everyone now to prevent the spread of the virus. The Nagpur Railway station has now installed a contactless entry for every traveler.
As per the Nagpur Live portal, they have established an ATMA facility center at Nagpur Railway Station to avoid the infection of the virus. The travelers are seen scanning the body temperature by people sitting on the booth along with checking the other norms like the mask. The moment the traveler’s body temperature is under control, we see them asking the traveler to show the ticket, which is scanned without touching it. The HD camera installed at the booth also checks the ID proof of the person.
The direction to the traveler is indicated by the LED display exit of the person from the booth. The LED displays are the same which have been used for the commercial ads and other announcements for train. These are now being connected with the ATMA facility and work round the clock at the Nagpur station. The said facility at the Nagpur Railway Station is taken care by Commercial Branch and IRPF. Stay tuned to know more about it and others only with us.
