17 new cases of covid have been reported in Vidarbha

Nagpur: In the last 24 hours, 17 new cases of covid have been reported in 11 districts of the Vidarbha region. A total of 8,863 tests have been conducted in the region.

Apart from district Nagpur (7), cases have also come out from Akola (2), Buldhana (3), and Yavatmal (3). The number of tests has increased in rural parts of the Vidarbha region, with some asymptomatic positive patients still being traced. And most of the newly detected patients are in home isolation as they do not have any symptoms.

The test positivity rate of region Vidarbha is still less than 0.2%. And its recovery rate is more than 98% and is increasing continuously. The case fatality rate of covid is still up to 1.9%, which is stable because of no one till now in December. The death of covid has not been reported. There are still up to 11,20,547 cases in the region, of which 10,98,990 are correct and 21,380 have died so far.

Chandrapur: It has been identity free again on Saturday. With the district recovering in solitary confinement during the day, the active cases of coronavirus have come down to 16. And there was no report of any casualty at all. A total of 1,236 coronavirus tests have been done in the last 24 hours.

Yavatmal: The death toll from covid in this district on Saturday remained unchanged at 1,788. 20 (3 from outside and 17 from district) active covid positive patients are under treatment. There have been reports of 406 tests in this district. Out of which 3 (two women and one man) have been found positive. Out of 72,946 positive patients in the district, 71,138 have been cured.

Amravati: Due to the recovery of 2 in the district, there have been a total of 94,577 on Saturday, Out of which not a single new case came to the fore, nor did a single death occur. Because of this, 6 active covid cases are currently being treated.

Wardha: Out of 541 tests in this district, one more patient has been found positive for covid, While 2 patients have been discharged after recovery, On Saturday, the caseload was 49,429 and 48,096 patients have been discharged after getting cured.

Akola: After a gap of about 2 weeks in this district, 2 new covid patients have been detected on Saturday, due to which the total caseload of the district has gone up to 57,901. No recovery was reported.

Washim: Not a single new case of covid has come to the fore nor has there been any recovery. Currently, 3 covid patients are being treated in this district.

Buldhana: Out of 308 tests conducted in the last 24 hours, only 3 have come positive on Saturday. Even now, the total number of cases in this district has reached 87,650.

Gadchiroli: 0 coronavirus status of this district could not even last 24 hours as 1 new covid patient was detected out of 781 tests on Saturday. So far 30,820 covid cases and 30,072 have been corrected in the district.

Gondia: All the 286 tests done in the last 24 hours have come negative. At present only 8 covid patients are under treatment in this district and all of them are in home isolation.

Bhandara: No new covid patient has been found on Saturday. Because all 399 tests came covid negative. At present, treatment of 1 covid patient is going on in this district.
