2 killed in tiger attack in Chandrapur and Gadchiroli

This animal had tried hard to pull the body too, But the other women made a lot of noise and the big cat left the body and ran away. Along with this, the forest officials of the buffer zone have also given an ex-gratia amount of about 50 thousand rupees to the relatives of this victim woman. In the same year, this is the fourteenth human being killed in a hunter’s attack in the district. Of these, nine people have been killed by tigers and five by leopards.

Along with this, in the second incident on Saturday morning, a tiger has also killed a farmer in his field near Armori town in Gadchiroli. Nadu Meshram (50) was watering his crops only when a tiger present in the area suddenly attacked and killed the farmer. Earlier also a tiger had killed a woman in Arsoda village, just one and a half km away from the scene of the latest murder. In the same year itself, a tiger has killed four people in Gadchiroli so far.
