It was a big day in City last evening when thousands of people were seen participating in the Dhamma Chakra Pravartan Din. The city celebrated the 63rd Dhammachakra Pravartan diwas yesterday at Deekshabhoomi. This place is popular for a massive architectural structure and showcases the right peace and harmony. As it is called the sacred monument in the Buddhist culture, this place remains the most visited place every year by thousands of people that come from all parts of the nation.
The celebration was carried out with great zeal and fervor and it has remained in tight security and one needs the best arrangements by the concerned authorities at different locations in the city and very special care has been carried out towards cleanliness. More than 400 officers were seen deployed at Deekshabhoomi at the nearby area for the security of the visitors coming to the shrine.
As per reports, more than 600 personnel were deployed all across the city for the security of the pilgrims. More than 250 CCTV cameras were installed in and around Deekshabhoomi and have remained in the nearby areas just to avoid any disturbance. It has remained sacred for decades for the Buddist as on this very eve of the festive time, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar along with thousands of followers of his community accepted Buddhism during the day of Dhammachakra Pravartan.
