Layout developers are duping people by developing illegal layouts on lands

Incidents of defrauding people by selling land are increasing very much around the city limits and in many rural areas. Layout developers and builders are duping many people by developing illegal layouts on a agricultural land.

Very shocking information has been received that many people have bought plots in such developing illegal layouts in Kamptee area.

Layout developers attract a lot of people first and foremost by offering various features and offerings. But in reality basic amenities like sewerage, roads, water, grounds, public.

There it is completely missing from the place and in this way many people are cheated.

Metropolitan Region Development Authority

Thousands of plots have been sold to many people in 342 unauthorized layouts in Kampti area. And along with this, the (NMRDA) Metropolitan Region Development Authority is hearing in this regard.

In this regard notices have been issued to more than 2500 layout holders.

Do not buy unauthorized plots Under Section 53 of the Maharashtra Regional Planning and Town Planning Act, 1966.

Notices are being issued to the holders of unauthorized constructions and activities under the jurisdiction of NMRDA. Developing unauthorized layouts and selling plots from it to the public is a notable crime.

NMRDA has appealed to all the people that strict action is being taken against such unauthorized constructions. All the citizens should only buy houses and plots from approved and official layouts.

Chairman and Metropolitan Commissioner, whose name is Manoj Kumar Suryavanshi. Manoj has said that by buying a house or plot from the approved and authorized layout.

All the people should be avoided and all the citizens in the unauthorized layout should get basic facilities like sewerage, road, water, electricity STP.

They are not available at all and they have to face many difficulties in the coming time. Official layout, of the information, is available on a NIT. and on the web registrar office of the NMRDA has also given the instructions regarding this.
