Even though the India Government has not yet taken any decision regarding the reopening of all the schools again in the urban areas
Chandrapur: Even though the India Government has not yet taken any decision regarding the reopening of all the schools again in the urban areas, a group of the schools in the Chandrapur city have completely resumed the physical classes. And Some schools reopen in the Chandrapur city without taking any permission. Sources say that pending fee recovery, pressure from parents and competition from all the schools working in rural areas. Forced all the people of the city to start classes once again.
On the outskirts of Chandrapur. There are about half a dozen very large private schools in all the areas of the gram panchayat. They have started classes for class 8th to 12th from the day of 15th July as per the guidelines of the state government to once again open all the schools in rural areas. The decision has been deferred for all schools in urban areas for now.
Collector Ajay Gulhane Said
Collector Ajay Gulhane has told that. He has not yet received any instructions or orders from the Government of India to reopen all schools in urban areas. He said that not any order was passed for the reopening of all the schools in Chandrapur City.
(Middle School) Education Officer, Ulhas Narad admitted that many schools in Chandrapur had reopened once. But made it very clear that his department had not yet issued permission for the same.
The School Education Department had also issued a GR on August 10. Allowing the reopening of all schools in urban areas (city council and municipal areas). The GR was put on hold after about 1 week and Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad had said that the final decision would be taken. It has been taken after taking the views of the stakeholders.
When GR was put on the hold no any circular or instructions will be issued regarding reopening of all the schools in urban areas. And there is a possibility that many schools have also assumed that the Indian government has not canceled the GR. Narad said that reopening all schools in urban areas is still illegal and the complaint Action will be taken upon receipt.
Academics termed it a gross violation of the covid epidemic law. And he also claimed that although the Government of India has not canceled the GR. It has been clearly mentioned that the Collector has the right to take all these decisions. And he has also said that when the Collector himself has done such a thing. If no such order has been issued. Then it is illegal to open all the schools in Chandrapur city once again.
