Husband, 3 others arrested for killing woman
Police have claimed that victim Pooja Kawale was murdered by her own husband Anil Ramesh Kawale.
Yavatmal: On Saturday the Yavatmal Police said that they have arrested the husband of a 28-year-old woman residing in a Wai-Gaul village of Manora taluka of District Washim. Which had already gone missing and then its body was found in a mutilated condition.
Police officers have claimed that this victim Pooja Kawale was murdered by her own husband Anil Ramesh Kawale.
Police officers have arrested her husband Anil Ramesh Kawale and 3 others from different places from their own hideouts.
The rest of the accused have been identified as Abhishek Baban Mhatre (24), resident of village Shindi, Achalpur taluks of Amravati, Gaurav Rambhau Raut (21), a resident of Kalamb, Ujjwal Pandhari Nagarale (22), resident of Ralegaon.
Kawale had left for Pune from her Ramesh house
Police officers have also told that during interrogation, these accused have confessed to killing Pooja at the behest of Anil Ramesh Kawale.
Pooja had left for Pune from her own Anil Ramesh Kawale house on the date of November 10. But they could not reach their destination. And then even after this, Anil had lodged a missing complaint in the police station.
On the date of November 16, laborers saw the mutilated body of a woman in a field in Savanga village of Digras tehsil. The deceased woman was identified as Pooja Kavale. And this missing case was updated by adding section 302 of IPC.
SP Dilip Patil-Bhujbal had formed 4 squads to nab these accused. And now the further investigation is going on, SP Dilip Patil-Bhujbal said all this in a press conference on Saturday.
