RFO, Forester suspended for disturbances in plantation

Outsiders were involved in plantation work

Sources have said that these gardens have about 18,887 saplings in about 17 hectares in Umri (Poorna), Nimbora contained about 3,333 (3 ha) saplings and Ukali Bazar contained about 2,222 (2 ha) saplings. More than 30 lakh rupees have been spent on these plantations.

And outsiders were also involved in plantation work.

Sheikh Munna Sheikh has said that during an inspection at Umri where about 18,887 saplings had been planted, Only 7,000 have been found and out of about 3,333 plants, only 500 were alive in Nimbora. Only about 700 plants have been found alive in Ukali market.

Sheikh Munna Sheikh has said that most of the living plants are also on the verge of dying. Although display boards are still being installed after the visit of the Deputy Conservator. The gardens are also being watered and the death rate is also being changed drastically.

DYCF Arjuna said this issue is also part of the investigation and they will go into all the details.
