The bank has about 19 branches in the districts of Wardha, Yavatmal, Chandrapur, Amravati, and Nagpur, out of which about 15 are in Yavatmal alone. There are 203 permanent and 12 temporary employees which will be reduced in a phased manner. Along with this, the bank also has four properties/offices of its own, which will be auctioned later.

The workers, mostly women, are staring at a bleak future right now. Since most of them are past the working age, it is becoming very difficult for them to find jobs elsewhere.
